STUFF THAT I SAW AND LIKED IN MUSEUMS (2008 - ?)

I’m bringing back this page of my website now that I work at a museum, and it seems relevant to remember why we love them. Maybe I’ll add some more files soon.

——————————————————————————————————————————--

This is an ever-growing collection of pictures I took at museums. I started liking museums around 2008 when I volunteered at G-WIZ Science Museum in Sarasota. I like to remember as many museums as I can through pictures. Before Google, I used to take pictures in museums to remember what taxidermy arctic foxes look like and how big my hand is compared to the Hope Diamond.

Now, I take pictures to remember how to make museums participatory, what activities I like and why art makes me happy.

Please email me at c.rozalyn@gmail.com if you can identify the name of the museum that houses a piece in the "not sure" gallery. I'm not sure where I took these pictures. Be sure to include a description of the piece and the museum where it belongs. I will update the site immediately when new information comes in.
